What exactly do I receive after purchase?

Does it work on Mac and Windows?

How does the licence key work?
After purchase you receive a licence key by email. Enter it once when you first open the file and it's remembered. Monthly and annual licences renew automatically; annual licences also show a 30-day renewal reminder before expiry.
Can I add my own exercises?
Absolutely. The Exercise Library tab lets you add unlimited exercises with your own instructions, photos and video links. You can export your full library as a backup file.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Each licence covers one device. If you need to use it on multiple computers at your clinic, please get in touch and we can discuss a multi-seat arrangement.
Is patient data stored anywhere?
No. Everything stays entirely on your device — patient names, exercises, photos. Nothing is sent to any server. This makes it inherently GDPR-friendly.
